Drop In Fitness tries very hard to maintain a number of different exercise classes at all times and all styles to meet the needs of as many people as possible.  "Something for everyone" was one of the main goals when Lisa purchased the business in 2013, and that remains one of the most important goals today.

 

Currently we offer PiYo, HIIT (low impact High Intensity Interval Training) and coming soon are more types of ZUMBA like  Zumba GOLD and Zumba TONING!!  Some are not for the faint of heart but hopefully there is a combination of time and type of class that will work for you!  Call Lisa (524-4665) anytime to inquire.

 

The new NEW fee for classes starts March 22, 2017.  With today's crazy schedules, it is very hard to commit to attending all 8 sessions so... here come the PUNCHCARDS! We are offering 8 classes for $45 (members) and $55 non-DIF members, to be completed in a 10 week period.  This allows you 2 extra weeks to make up any classes you miss during the first 8 weeks.  To top that extra 2 week bonus, if you are able to attend all of the first 8, you get the last 2 classes FREE! If you choose to participate in 2 classes/week you get 4 FREE!  Members pay $85/16 classes and non members pay $105/16.  The CATCH; we MUST have 20 participants.  (i.e.1 Person taking 2 classes = 2 Participants)  I really want this to work for you so be sure to invite your friends!!

 

All class participants must sign a release form and provide cell phone information so if there is any class cancellations they can be notified.

 

There is a minimum of 5 students/class and a maximum of 14 (instructor discretion) so sign up with payment 24 hr prior to the first class is a must.  Then we can start making fitness fun!
